  • You must notify us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order if you wish to return an item.
  • After notifying us, you will have an additional 14 calendar days to return the product(s).
  • Only non-perishable items (such as pots, accessories, and tools) are eligible for return. Live plants cannot be returned due to their perishable nature unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Custom or specially requested orders are non-refundable.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  2. Approval & Instructions: We will review your request and provide return instructions, including the return address.
  3. Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

🚨 Important: Returns must be shipped to our designated warehouse, not our office address.

3. Condition of Goods for Return

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
  • We do not accept returns for live plants unless they arrive damaged or unhealthy.
  • Accessories, pots, and tools must be returned in their original condition without signs of use.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Provide photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Live plants (unless damaged upon arrival).
  • Custom or special orders.
  • Used or altered items.
