1. Delivery Options & Timeframes

We offer the following delivery services:

  • Standard Delivery: 4-7 working days
  • Express Delivery: 2-4 working days
  • Priority Delivery: 1-2 working days

📌 Delivery Days & Processing Times:

  • Deliveries are made Monday-Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Orders placed before 1 PM (local time) will be processed on the same day.
  • Orders placed after 1 PM will be processed the following business day.

2. Shipping & Handling

Small Plant Orders & Accessories

  • Orders containing small plants, planters, or accessories (under 5kg) are shipped via standard courier services.
  • A tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched.

Medium & Large Plants (5kg - 25kg)

  • Heavier or bulkier plant orders require additional packaging and may take longer to process.
  • A delivery date will be required at checkout to ensure safe handling.
  • Someone must be available to receive the package at the provided shipping address.

Oversized or Bulk Orders (Over 25kg)

  • Orders exceeding 25kg or containing multiple large plants will be shipped via a freight service or pallet delivery.
  • Pallet deliveries require special handling; please make prior arrangements for placement and storage.
  • Our team may contact you to confirm delivery details.

3. Important Delivery Notes

  • Delivery charges vary based on weight, size, and destination. Any additional shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
  • Some locations may have limited delivery options due to courier restrictions.
  • Weather conditions may impact delivery times, particularly for live plants. If extreme temperatures are forecasted, we may delay shipping to ensure plant safety.
  • Ensure someone is available to receive live plant deliveries. We are not responsible for plants left unattended in unfavorable conditions.
